The Envoys (UK)

The Envoys (UK) was one of the early Gospel rock "Beat" groups from England. The band began as a novelty item at a Sunday School party only to find themselves onstage at a church rally in October of 1963. From there they appeared at more rallies, coffee bars, prisons, beat clubs, dance halls and movie houses.
