Larry Dalton

Larry Dalton grew up the son of a minister where he was able to develop his love of music by playing piano at the age of three, with his family's spiritual beliefs. In the early 1970s, he helped Terry Law launch a ministry of contemporary music called Living Sound International that traveled around the world.

Dalton would appear as performer regularly on television shows including the Hour Of Power and the 700 Club and serve as music director for the Oral Robert TV ministry. Having written over a thousand songs, he released nine solos albums. Other artists he performed with included Cliff Richard, Tel Torme, Henry Mancini, and The Lettermen.

His arrangements were used by Carol Lawrence, Donald O'Connor, Larry Gatlin, Steve Perry, Paula Abdul, Al Green and many others. Dalton passed away in 2009 at the age of 63.
