Agapé was a pioneering Christian hard rock band with a style most often compared to the Jimi Hendrix Experience. Led by California born guitarist and lead vocalist Fred Caban, the group found themselves right in the middle of the Jesus Movement in 1968, becoming one of the very first Christian rock bands to perform and then record. They released three albums including a live concert recording.
